It seems that romance mods are as popular as ever. While last year the second place was earned by cjt0202's Carth Romance fix, this year, we also have a romance mod in second position (tie). Master Kavar's Bastila and Fem Revan, the untold Love Story allows you to pursue a romance with Bastila in addition to Carth and Juhani's romances which were already in the game when playing a female PC. The mod comes with new dialog options exclusive to the female PC.

Also in second place, Kha's mod adds several variations to the original Carth's clothes and some eyecandy for the ladies. The new clothes are incorporated as new items in the game.

If you think that KotOR has become too easy and want to renew your gaming experience, this mod is for you. The mod alters gameplay by changing armor restrictions, weapon damage, and the challenge level of encounters. Shem also left a few twists and surprises for you to discover along the way.

Not only this mod does what the title says but it ads three options to Trask's dialogue at the beginning of the game: skip the Endar Spire only and skip Taris as a Lightsider or as a darksider. You will also receive all the items, credits, party members and experience points you would have acquire during normal game-play.

If you have played the Dark Apprentice: Holowan Consortium for KotOR II (see our KotOR II section), this short storyline mod takes you back five years prior to TSL to learn about the Jedi Royal Guard and their history. This mod covers the origin of the robes created by MacCorp for Bastila Shan in his KotOR II mod.

This mod gives you the author's own vision of the Ryyk blade model. The mod includes two massive Ryyk blades, Zaalbar's and Chuundar's blades, both worthy of any Wookiee.

Ever wanted a Wookiee Jedi? This mod is for you. Darkkender took care to incorporate this mod into normal gameplay, and you will have to complete Zaalbar's quest before you are given the option to turn him into a Jedi. Once you've chosen to introduce Zaalbar to the Force, nothing can stop a Wookiee with a lightsaber!

More weapons in Kotor is always a good choice. In this mod, Inyri has added eight new weapon models to the game (6 swords, 1 blunt, 1 axe). Most of them are fully upgradable. The models are varied and include a katana as well as swords inspired by the medieval era.
