2007's Top KotOR Mod
The Brotherhood of Shadow is an custom created expansion pack mod for the Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. It adds nearly 4 hours of additional content.
You are asked to oversee the transportation of a mysterious cargo and keep it out of the hands of The Exchange. On your journey, battle traders, criminals, ancient entities of Sith nature, your past, and yourself.
You even get the chance to fight alongside friends from your past including Jedi Malak. This is one of those "why wouldn't you download it" mods.
2007's Top Mods Honors1. Recruitable Kay Recruitable Kay provides a new character for your KotOR experience, replacing Juhani, and includes full voiced dialogue, a three-planet side quest, and a new experience.
InyriForge provided her own voice for the voice-over with an end-result of one of the best recruitment mods for KotOR.
2. Bastila Romance Enhancement Inspired by 2005's Carth Romance Fix, this mod enhances the love scene between male PC and Bastila. A nice improvement over the default "fade-to-black".
3. PC Hybrid Lizards redrob41 has created two new reptile species that PCs can choose from. Included are 4 new head models fully retextured including darkside transitions. This mod is also
compatible with redrob41's Species Specific Feats mod.
4. Yuthura Ban to Darth Talon Conversion This mod reskins Yuthura Ban to look like Darth Talon from the Star Wars: Legacy comic series. In addition, this mod contains a disguise armband that lets your party members appear as Darth Talon as well.
5. Bastila Unchained "Why should a Jedi be wearing grunt armor?" asked Kristy Kistic... and with this mod, Bastila can now choose from 33 unique different armor and robe styles each with its own custom icon. Repeat: 33 styles.
6. Male Head Pack Bored with the selection of male PC heads? Here's 9 more to choose from including a Darth Maul look-a-like. Each also comes with its own portrait.
7. Ajunta Pall Unique Appearance Ajunta Pall's ghost was originally a stock Sith apprentice with a holographic overlay. Silveredge took some time to detail out this new Ajunta Pall appearance and you can choose whether you want him to have yellowy Sith eyes or "blind" eyes. Either way Ajunta will have a lot more presence when you meet him on Korriban.
8. mjpb3's Selene From Underworld This was a "by request" mod that mjpb3 took on. It turns Bastila into Selene from Underworld with her black spandex outfit. There are actutally 3 versions of this. One replaces her head, body, and outfit. Another replaces her head and outfit. And the last only replaces her outfit. tk102 says "hot".
9. Taris: Sith Planet Taris gives the player the first real impression of KotOR. This mod changes up Taris into more of a Jedi vs. Sith battleground where the Black Vulkars are now Sith and the Hidden Bek are now Jedi.
10. Darth Bane Pack So you want to try an evil playthrough of KotOR this time around? This mod will let you choose Darth Bane head for your PC. The darkside transitions grant you some sinister Alice Cooper-like makeup around the eyes. This mod also inserts a Bane of the Sith robe into the game based on Revan's hooded robe.
